JOOYAK lists human-delivered services and craft-based products — professionals like beauticians, tutors, accountants, caterers, tradespeople, and artisans. We do not list mass-market or commodity products.

How do I find a service or business?

Use the search bar on the homepage to search by keyword, or browse by category and location. You can also explore ads posted by approved businesses.

Can I save ads I like?

Yes. Tap the heart icon on any ad detail page to save it. You can view your saved items from your account under Saved Items.

Do I need an account to browse?

No. You can browse businesses and ads without signing in. You only need an account to save items or list your own business.

How do I contact a business?

Visit the business profile page and use their listed contact details to reach out directly. JOOYAK does not handle messaging between buyers and businesses.

Does JOOYAK handle payments or bookings?

No. JOOYAK is a directory — you find the business here and arrange everything directly with them. Online booking and payments are planned for a future version.

How do I list my business on JOOYAK?

Click "List your business" in the navigation, sign in, and complete your business profile. Once submitted, our team will review your application — typically within 2 business days.

Is there a fee to list my business?

No. Listing your business and posting ads is completely free.

What happens after I submit my business for review?

Our team reviews every business application to ensure quality and trust. You will be notified once your business is approved, declined, or if we need more information.

What are ads?

Ads are individual posts for each service or product you offer. Once your business is approved, you can create ads with a title, description, photos, and an optional price. One business can have many ads.

Can I edit or remove my ads?

Yes. You can edit or delete your ads at any time from your business dashboard under My Account → My Business → Ads.

How do I sign in?

JOOYAK uses social sign-in. You can sign in with your Google or GitHub account — no password to remember.

Not at the moment. We currently support Google and GitHub sign-in only. More sign-in methods may be added in the future.

Sign in and go to My Account → Settings. From there you can update your personal information and manage your login methods.

Businesses may be declined or removed if they do not meet our quality standards, violate our guidelines, or list commodity products that do not fit JOOYAK's positioning as a trusted service directory.
